According to WPLG Local 10, that fitness influencer is Brazilian-born Armando Fogaça. He's reportedly a fitness influencer and personal trainer who has hundreds of thousands of followers on social media.

WPLG Local 10 reports that he hit a Miami Beach police motorman and fled onto the MacArthur Causeway where he ended up wrecking into another vehicle. Judging by the video, it looks like he's pretty sorry about what happened or at least sorry that he got caught. He's visibly showing emotion, at least, if that counts for anything.

You can check out his personal Instagram here where he has more than 764k followers. It's all content that you would expect from a fitness influencer in Florida. He's on the beach, lifting heavy things, and not wearing a shirt in most of them. If that's your thing check it out! He might need a friend right now.

Cort Freeman was born and raised in Metro Detroit. He was named Clarkston High School 2009 Class Clown 13 years after graduating. Totally normal thing to happen. That’s thanks to his time spent as an Intern at Comedy Central and Social Media Correspondent for The Colbert Report. Cort has done comedy across the country, both standing up and sitting down. When he’s not trying to make you laugh on-air and online, he’s probably at home enjoying his favorite shows like Seinfeld, South Park, and The Office. He’s also totally uncomfortable writing about himself in the third person. Cort enjoys writing about comedy, food, sports, and entertainment. So, basically anything and everything.
