That’s why there are facial appointments to help with the face, manicures to help your hands and fingernails look good, pedicures to get the feet looking nice, and more. So, of course there’s also something for your private areas too. Labia Puffing might be the next big thing. Does it sound like something you would consider?
What Is Labia Puffing?
According to The New York Post, Labia Puffing is a procedure that involves injecting dermal filler or transferring fat into the labia majora to restore plumpness. Doctors are now thinking it could soon become as common as boob jobs! It’s been growing significantly in popularity year over year.
The procedure intends to make the outermost part of the vulva more plump and youthful. Dr. Fenwa Milhouse tells Allure, “I’ve had women in their 20s get this procedure because they feel their labia majora are very underwhelming, and certainly peri-and postmenopausal women get it as well.” It’s believed that this procedure can also help with confidence in the bedroom during intimate moments.
The procedure reportedly costs around $2,500 and the results will last around a year or so. There are more expensive options available out there which would cost closer to $5,000. Millhouse says, “People say, ‘Why do you ever are what you look like down there?’ But when someone knows they look a certain way, they feel a certain way. I had a patient who, after her procedure, was like, ‘I’m getting turned on just looking at myself and thinking about what I had done,’” via The New York Post.
