Miami Influencer Goes Viral For Complaining About Guys Who Go Too Hard At Yoga
A Miami influencer is going viral for complaining about guys who go too hard at yoga class. She’s asking they stop with all the grunting.
Not every gym is a judgement free zone. Sometimes, they’re incredibly judgmental. Especially in the age of social media when you can post your opinions and thoughts freely and publicly. This Miami influencer took to social media to call out the guys in yoga and Pilates classes who go too hard and can’t stop grunting and bringing attention onto themselves. She says morning yoga is supposed to be relaxing and that kind of takes away from the experience. You can’t blame her. If you’re trying to clear your head but all you can focus on is Greg and his grunts then you’re going to have a problem and will likely be even more stressed out and frustrated than you were when you came into yoga class that morning! That’s the opposite of what you want to have happen. Check out her viral video venting about guys who grunt doing yoga below.
Miami Influencer Calls Out Guys Who Grunt During Yoga Class
That Miami influencer is Alexandra Gulla. She seems very bothered by the way this guys breathes heavy, grunts, and slurps water during the group workout. In the video, she’s seen saying, “It is 7 in the morning, why must you take up more space than you already naturally do? Why can’t you be seen and not heard?” She has a point, it can be very annoying when people are aggressively making noises at the gym that aren’t necessary. Sometimes, you might let out a noise without knowing it. I feel like she isn’t talking about that type of gym grunter. She’s talking specifically about the people who do it on purpose to get attention. That way you know how hard they’re working and how serious they are about this! I can see how it would be annoying, frustrating, and take away from your experience.
Other women have commented on the video agreeing with her saying their day is instantly ruined when this happens. Other commenters called her comments sexist saying women can and do the same thing at the gym and it’s not exclusive to just men. Have you ever had to deal with anything like this at the gym? I rarely go so I feel like I’m not the best expert on this subject but I agree it would be annoying and you have to take other people’s feelings into consideration when you’re in a group setting or a group class like that.
