A West Virginia State Senator is The Pervert Of The Day on Dave & Chuck The Freak. What did he do to secure the title?

It all happened at Gumby's Cigarette & Beer World in Glen Dale, West Virginia. What he did is not something you're allowed to do in public. You'll get in a lot of trouble for it and it looks like he might.

According to Law & Crime, West Virginia State Senator Mike Maroney has been arrested after police say he was busted "breathing heavy" while committing an overt act of sexual gratification inside the video lottery room of the Gumby's Cigarette & Beer World. To make it even more weird, it happened in the afternoon! Broad daylight! Sounds like he was looking for some personal "Afternoon Delight."

Law & Crime reports that 2 female staff members said Maroney was in the back room on a gaming machine but that he had, "come out to the ATM machine and was breathing heavy and was touching himself." A criminal complaint obtained by Law & Crime says, "Unsure as to what was going on, they started to observe him on the CCTV, in doing so they witnessed him masturbating." When officers arrived, Maroney reportedly claimed to have been playing the machine.

However, a police affidavit on Law & Crime says, "I advised him that the attendants had witnessed him masturbating. He got defensive and advised he hadn't. I advised him they have cameras all over and had seen him on camera. He still denied his actions and stated he'd just leave, he asked if he could finish his current game. He finished what he was doing and left the establishment." It sounds like it happened in an area where anyone could have walked in on him. That would not be what you want to accidentally walk in on. The staff appears to have been very shaken by the incident, as well.

This is not the first time the West Virginia State Senator has been in trouble with the law. He's been arrested before. Law & Crime reports that he was charged with seeking the services of a sex worker back in 2019. However, those charges were reportedly dropped due to lack of evidence.
