What Iconic ‘Star Wars’ Treat Is Hitting Stores Soon?

Please don't find my lack of faith disturbing, but I've got a bad feeling about this. What iconic Star Wars treat is hitting stores soon? Well, it's one that I'm not sure if I'll want to try.

Some treats are better off left not messed with. I'm thinking milk is probably one of those things.

Star Wars Blue Milk will be hitting stores this year! Naturally, it will be available in time for May 4th, also known as Star Wars Day (May the 4th be with you). It's expected to hit stores on April 17th. Thankfully, you won't have to travel to Tatooine or a galaxy far far away to enjoy this. It will be available nationwide!

Now, Blue Milk sounds like it will be questionable. Things can get weird when people try to mess with a good thing. However, we probably would have thought that about chocolate milk and that is nothing short of amazing. So, perhaps this could end up being a tasty treat!

According to Food & Wine, Star Wars TruMoo Blue Milk is a part of Lucasfilm's Imperial March campaign. It's a celebration of all things Star Wars leading up to Star Wars Day. The campaign kicked off with a dazzling display cast upon the Empire State Building in New York City.

The TruMoo Blue Milk reportedly is a vanilla-flavored milk that's tinted with blue food coloring, per Food & Wine. The Blue Milk was featured in Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope while Luke Skywalker is in Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru's kitchen. Despite it only appearing in one scene, it's an iconic beverage. Now, it can live in your fridge and you can drink like Luke Skywalker. This will be like Gatorade to athletes.

This is the Emperor's theme. So evil it's the song that's in my head when I clean my cat's litter box.
