Planning On Cheating At Your Bachelor Party? Read This First
Q: Meredith is calling Cooper and Anthony because she’s worried about her fiance going to a strip club in Mexico for his bachelor party. She’s worried he will cheat. Is she right?
A: You’re not going to like my answer. Men’s Health did a survey and found that ⅓ of men cheat at their bachelor parties. It’s mainly the groom’s friends and less likely to be the groom.
However, what constitutes cheating is also in question? For some men it’s even having strippers at all. For others it’s getting a lap dance or kissing a stripper. A smaller number actually have sex with an escort or stripper but the vast majority of cheating that goes on at bachelor parties is not the groom, it’s all of his friends.
NOBODY HAS BACHELOR PARTIES AT STRIP CLUBS ANYMORE
The fact that the party he’s having is at a strip club party is becoming more unusual – most men who have bachelor parties these days just go out for an expensive meal, or they do stuff like golf, paintball, road trips, literally anything else. Strip club bachelor parties are so cliche and old school.
THIS IS ABOUT TRUST ANYWAY
Your bigger issue is that you don’t trust your husband-to-be, that’s the bigger issue. You’re marrying a guy you doesn’t trust and a guy you can’t talk to. The fact that you’re calling us to ask a question that you should already know the answer to if it’s about the guy you’re about to spend your life with is a huge red flag. You should already know what’s going to happen and not happen at that party. The fact that you can’t talk to him is a problem. So I’m not going to tell you not to worry. You should worry. Not about the bachelor party, you should worry about the marriage.
