Stop us if you’ve heard this before. Multiple Florida cities have been named one of the best places to live in the U.S. for 2023. There’s lots of reasons to love Florida. The warm weather year-round, beautiful beaches and natural springs, fun-to-watch sports teams and so many more reasons. It seems US News & World Report agrees because 4 Florida cities made the top 25 in their 150 best places to live in the US.

When looking for the best cities in the U.S. to live, US News analyzed over 150 popular metros. They were looking for destinations with good value, strong job market, high quality of life, and over all be a desirable place to live. Seems to us that all of these Florida cities check those requirements. Many people have been moving to Florida in record numbers, which is definitely why the traffic has gotten worse. The real estate prices can be a little steep but if you do your research, you can find certain cities where homes are selling below asking price. Even if you don’t live in Florida year-round, it’s a booming market for secondary income and real estate investments.

Tampa did make the list but wasn’t included in the top 25. Champa Bay was ranked #39 on US News’ list. Pensacola made it on the list at number #44, Daytona Beach was mentioned at #68. Port St. Lucie was ranked #78. Ocala was ranked at number #91 and Fort Myers was right behind them at #100. Miami was the last Florida city to make the list at #137.
