Eye Doctor Removed 23 “Forgotten” Contact Lenses From Patient

Dr. Katerina Kurteeva says last month she removed “a few contact lenses” from the eye of a patient. By “a few,” we’re talking about 23 of them. The elderly patient had apparently “forgotten” about them, and the doctor suspects that a couple of the lenses may’ve been lodged in the upper part of her eyeball for years.
