Just before the final pre-season game Bucs have made a shocking cut to their lineup. They have cut a Super Bowl Winning Wide Receiver. By August 30 all teams are required to cut their rosters down to 52 members. By the end of the weekend the teams will be announced for the year and we will know who made the cut.

One of the latest cuts from the Tampa lineup goes to WR Cyril Grayson. Cyril who was a track star for LSU and who was with the team when they won the Super Bowl in 2020. The Bucs announced they would be waiving Grayson for the season with an injury designation. If he is cleared he will be reverted to the Injured Reserve List. Grayson has been sitting on the sidelines with injury for the last few practices as well as not even suiting up for the game.

Some of Grayson’s highlights are: 50-yard touchdown against the New Orleans Saints;  a 62-yard pass in a win over Carolina; and he replaced Antonio Brown after he was booted from the team.

Currently the list of wide receivers for the Bucs are: Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, Russell Gage, Julio Jones, Scotty Miller, Tyler Johnson, Breshad Perriman, Jaelon Darden, and Deven Thompkins. [Source Newsbreak]
