Tampa Bay Rays outfielder Manuel Margot is expected to miss “significant time” with a knee injury after being carted off the field Monday night in the team’s loss to the New York Yankees.

Margot got hurt trying to make a catch, slamming into the outfield wall in the ninth inning.

Rays manager Kevin Cash said post-game that the injury “doesn’t look good.”

That wasn’t the only bad news the Rays were dealt on Monday.

Kevin Kiermaier is also likely headed to the injured list, according to Cash.
