The Tampa Bay Lightning won at Madison Square Garden Thursday night. The win gave Tampa Bay a game lead in the Eastern Conference Finals.

In a video posted to Twitter, fans were walking towards exits when two fans, one for the Lightning, one for the Rangers, were walking near each other. You can’t hear what was being said, but the Ranger fan turned and punched the fan wearing a Lightning jersey in the face.

The victim went down with the one punch, out cold on the floor of the walkway. The Ranger fan, clad in a red t-shirt, continued moving on as other fans attended to the victim, calling for security.

The Ranger fan arrested was identified as 29-year-old James Anastasio of Staten Island. Anastasio also assaulted another individual who tried to keep him from leaving. Police responding were able to catch him. Anastasio was arrested on charges of assault, disorderly conduct and harassment.
