St Pete Faces Charges of Battery With Vacuum Cleaner
A St. Pete man is facing battery charges after police say he hit another man with a vacuum cleaner.
An arrest report says that 50-year-old Darrell Lamarr whacked another man in the head with a vacuum cleaner just as the victim was entering his apartment on Thursday.
St. Pete Police say the victim tried to hit him back, but then Jones began swinging at the victim. The victim eventually got away and suffered from minor injuries in the process.
Jones was booked in jail and charged with felony battery, reports say.
