Foo Fighters have announced that all of their upcoming tour dates have been canceled following the death of drummer Taylor Hawkins.

In a joint statement, the band said, “It is with great sadness that Foo Fighters confirm the cancellation of all upcoming tour dates in light of the staggering loss of our brother Taylor Hawkins. We’re sorry for and share in the disappointment that we won’t be seeing one another as planned. Instead, let’s take this time to grieve, to heal, to pull our loved ones close, and to appreciate all the music and memories we’ve made together.”

The day before Hawkins' shocking death at age 50, Foo Fighters were confirmed to be performing at the 2022 Grammy Awards where the band is nominated for three awards. As of publishing, there’s no official word yet if the band will be appearing in any way at the ceremony or whether a tribute performance will be taking place.
