Paul McCartney played his first Tampa area show in 12 years back in 2017 at Amalie Arena. The sold out show went over 3 hours as Paul played hit after hit from Beatles and Wings favorites right up to songs he recorded recently with Rihanna. Country singer Darius Rucker was spotted in the crowd singing along. Paul McCartney promised that night he’d be back. He will be… sort of. This one will require a road trip. More on that in a moment.

Well get ready to see Paul again. This is going to require a road trip though as this performance will not be in Tampa. Instead Paul is heading to Orlando for a show at Camping World Stadium on May 28, 2022. Tickets go on sale one week from today on February 25! Or if you’d rather head to South Florida, there’s a stop on the “Got Back” tour a few days earlier on May 25. Other stops on the tour include Spoke, Seattle, Oakland, Los Angeles, Fort Worth, Winston-Salem, Knoxville, Syracuse, Boston, Baltimore and East Rutherford.
