Lewis gives his trick to avoiding family dinners after finding out his mother couldn’t cook. He makes people pick one to suffer through since Christmas and Thanksgiving are so close together. This is the first time Lewis has been in the Tampa area in over 4 years, primarily because of the pandemic. He always plans one show in Florida every year, but it’s been an absolute blank for the Bay area. So what’s great is this is the first time that Lewis will be here at the Mahaffey.

Zito wants to know if there will be a focus for Lewis Black’s famous angry rants for this show, and Lewis tells him that it’s just a matter of winding him up on something. However, he is upset with all sides of how this was handled, and so you can expect to feel some wrath if you are in the audience that night.
