The Beatles: Get Back helped show a new side to the narrative of the making of Let It Be, but for some viewers, it showed them a different and much-welcomed blast from the past.

Dylan Dawes shared a still from the docuseries of people who were walking on Savile Row during the Beatles rooftop concert and identified his mother.

Dawes wrote, “And there she is. Mum walking down the street in London, quite unaware that over 50 years later she’d be in #TheBeatlesGetBack on @disneyplus, her red coat (which she still had when we were kids) in glorious HD. What a strange & random & hilarious world.”

One Twitter user responded saying, “I’m pretty sure she is on the Beatles Anthology too?” Dawes replied, “Yes, that was the first time we knew anything about it (we never saw ‘Let It Be’). I was watching it at a friends house when it first aired in 1995 and when that moment flashed on the screen I fell out of my chair.”

The cherry on top of this random sundae is that other people spotted their parents in The Beatles: Get Back. Suzanne Williams responded to Dawes writing, “My Mum in red in it too. The only proof we have she was there.)” Fiona Spruill, meanwhile, also responded with, “Amazing. I found my mum too!”
