Never steal from the same place twice should be changed to never expose yourself to the same drive-thru twice. At least in the case of 34-year-old Charlie Lee Cook, Jr., of Lakeland.

In late September, Cook placed an order at a local Lakeland Mcdonalds drive-thru, collected it, and then drove around again. The second time he made another order but decided he wanted to spice things up by exposing himself to a teen and calling her by the name on her tag. A report was filed, but there was not enough of a description to bust Cook at the time or even identify him.

Though they could not identify him, they did identify his SUV and noted him to be a regular. When he returned to the restaurant two weeks later, they provided deputies with a possible name from his debit card and the tag number on his vehicle.

Police were able to arrest Cook, who admitted that he committed the lewd act. His criminal history includes a 2014 arrest for battery domestic violence and a 2017 arrest for transmission of material harmful to a minor and use of a two-way communication device to commit a felony. The 2017 arrest was made during a PCSO undercover investigation.
