The explosion rocked the entire neighborhood.

I tried using modified fireworks once. I carefully unrolled about a dozen firecrackers, put all of the powder into a tightly wrapped mega firecracker and lit it.

I don’t know exactly how much power it actually had, but I do know that it destroyed a small tree in my parents’ backyard, along with a sizable flower pot. Turns out, terra cotta becomes quite dangerous as a projectile.

Shards flew and I ducked. I learned a valuable lesson that day, sometimes you have to refer things to qualified personnel.

Florida man has been known to dabble in explosives from time to time, with mixed results. This time around, a Florida man was reloading ammunition in his home when things went a little sideways.

According to Tampa FP, police and fire squads in Seffner responded to a home explosion call last Thursday. When they arrived on the scene, the home had been totally destroyed and the owner was seriously injured.

A neighbor reported the explosion, which rocked the entire street. Investigators say neighbors pulled two adults from the rubble.

A female victim was treated and released from a local hospital, while the man remains in critical condition. No neighbors, police or firefighters were harmed.

The man told responders that he had been reloading ammo when the explosion happened. He said he had about 6 pounds of smokeless powder beside him when the explosion occurred.

Sean Roberts was conceived in the Corvette Assembly Plant in Bowling Green, Kentucky by two passionate, panel aligning, third shifters who had grown bored with the same ole same ole. Upon birth, he was placed in the trunk of a new Stingray and sent off to find his destiny. That destiny included several stints on radio stations across the United States. Some played punk country gospel, while others focused on Croatian death metal played backwards. After many years and many adventures, Sean wound up on The Shark, where he does shots of tequila while playing the most badass tunes ever created by humankind. He remains humble, however, never forgetting about the lean years...the street corners and dark alleys where he played songs on his car stereo for food and sex. He's on top and he's never gonna stop LIVING THE DREAM!
