Motley Crue's frontman is going solo this year since The Stadium Tour has been pushed back again. The show will be at the new Hard Rock Event Center in Tampa. Great White (but with Mitch Malloy as lead singer) opens.

The Stadium Tour with Motley Crue, Poison, Def Leppard and Joan Jett is on hold until next year. The tour has been delayed twice now thanks to COVID-19. And there still is no Tampa date on the itinerary. The only Florida performances will be in Orlando, Jacksonville and Miami. But this week, the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tampa announced a new concert that will give you a bit of that experience.

Motley Crue’s Vince Neil is on his own solo tour. An ad on social media promises you’ll hear “all the hits” on October 14 when Vince plays the Hard Rock Event Center. Tickets go on sale tomorrow (June 30) with presale code ROCKON.  Opening the 21+ Tampa show will be Great White with Mitch Malloy.

Vince pulled out of a Pinellas Park concert at the last minute back in 2019 with Skid Row’s Sebastian Bach and Slaughter. It was right before The Stadium Tour was announced. Neil was replaced by the band Jackyl.

The Tampa concert at the Hard Rock’s event page at Ticketmaster mentions “No Audio. No Video. No refunds.” Hopefully the show won’t have any issues. Vince Neil’s May 29 concert didn’t go so well, according to Blabbermouth.   It was his first show back after COVID-19 brought concerts to a halt for over a year.  Blabbermouth reports while performing “Girls Girls Girls,” Vince just gave up and told the crowd his voice is gone. When Vince left the stage, the band kept playing to pre-recorded vocals. [Source: Blabbermouth, Tampa Bay Times]
