Tom Brady celebrates a Super Bowl LV victory with the Vince Lombardi trophy during a boat parade through the city on February 10, 2021 in Tampa.

Tom Brady’s biggest pass wasn’t during the Super Bowl. The completion from boat to boat at the Bucs Super Bowl Championship Boat Parade still has ’em talking. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers didn’t seem to worry much about the toss. After all Tom Brady is the G.O.A.T. BUT… what if it would’ve been an incomplete pass?

Tom Brady says he wasn’t thinking at the moment, especially when you consider there are sharp edges on the bottom of the trophy. Tom says that had the Vince Lombardi toss gone differently, it would have sunk 80 feet. (Is that true?)

ESPN reports that their sources say that if the pass would’ve gone horribly wrong and the Hillsborough River swallowed up the Vince Lombardi trophy, the Bucs would have just ordered a replacement. Are those that easy to come by? I mean, is this on Amazon Prime? And how many drunken fools would’ve jumped in to try to claim it as their own!?

Brady says his favorite part of the video wasn’t necessarily the toss itself. He loved the part where he heard his daughter yelling “Daddy, no!” as he got ready to make the pass. Brady said, “Who could imagine that an 8 year old girl would have the most sense?”

There’s also a pretty awesome jab at the New York Jets at the end of this interview, check it out! [Source: ESPN]
