Sheriff's deputies in Charlotte County, Florida say they apprehended a man after an altercation with his former employer involving a can of Twisted Tea and a steel pipe. Shane Gillis is facing charges after they say he made a threat against his former boss. He was confronted as he was walking toward his potential victim. As he was being arrested, police found a Twisted Tea can in his hand and a steel pipe tucked in the rear of his waist band. Deputies say Gillis continued to threaten his intended victim as he was being handcuffed. Gillis was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and incarcerated. - Sean Roberts
