Wow that was quick. Just yesterday Publix announced they were doubling the number of stores with the vaccine to bring the total to 49. Now today, the Tampa Bay Times reports that number will increase to over 100 stores soon.

The new sites will be in these counties: Collier, Flagler, St. Johns and Volusia counties. Unfortunately that means Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas County are still on the waiting list.

Until this week, the vaccine had been available at Publix stores in Hernando, Citrus and Marion counties. The new locations with the vaccine announced yesterday were be in the following counties: Bay, Escambia, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa and Walton. If you are 65 or older. Go to
