COVID-19 is spiking again in Florida so officials are pushing next year’s Gasparilla events back a bit. The Tampa Bay Times reports the big parade will now happen on Saturday, April 17, instead of late January. As it normally does, the kid-friendly version of the parade will happen one week earlier on April 10. All Gasparilla events will now wrap up May 14. By the sound of it, even these dates are subject to change depending on how we do with the virus in 2021. [Source: Tampa Bay Times]
