Now ALL Lights Are Out On The Sunshine Skyway Bridge

Last week we told you about repairs needed on the Sunshine Skyway. They didn’t know exactly what happened, but something caused half of the lights to go out on the bridge on the Pinellas side. Turns out it was a transformer that was damaged, according to the Tampa Bay Times. Well, 2020 being 2020, while workers were doing their thing to get all the lights back on, ALL of them went out.

Lights on the Manatee side should come back on tomorrow, according to the article. But the Pinellas LED lights may take another month. [Source: TBT]

Keep in mind though with the Fun Card, parking isn't included so it's a smart move to have one member of the family buy a full annual pass. Busch Gardens is also doing a half off deal on some of their penguin, elephant and tortoise tours.

  Zoo Tampa is doing a deal where you pay for 1 day and get admission for the rest of the year for free. Some of this events this time of year include Creatures of the Night and Christmas in the Wild. Tickets are $42.95. Kids are $10 less.

• Universal Orlando

  At Universal Orlando, get 3 days for $164.99 through December 17. That works out to about $55 a day.

  Lastly, SeaWorld will give you an extra 3 months when you buy an annual pass. Just like Busch Gardens, SeaWorld offers a Fun Card for $79.99.
