Hillsborough County officials say bacteria levels are too high at Ben T. Davis Beach in Tampa. The announcement was made today that there is a potential health risk and that they’ll do more testing next week on November 18 to see if the levels of bacteria have gone down enough to get rid of the warning. The bacteria they’re talking about is “entiric bacteria,” which… sorry, is fecal pollution. They think it might be from runoff from storm water, animals and / or human sewage. [Source: WTSP]
