Documentary On Metallica’s ‘Black Album’ On The Way
A ‘mini-documentary’ about Metallica’s self-titled ‘Black’ album is set to premiere next week on AXS TV.
The 1991 album is one of the best-selling rock albums ever and spent 488 weeks on the Billboard 200, leading Kirk Hammett to describe it as “our Dark Side Of The Moon”
In a teaser video released Friday, the band talks about the cover art and the origins of their signature hit “Enter Sandman”.
The documentary will premiere on Oct. 9th. Check out the sneak preview below!

Jeff Zito or just "Zito" as he is known to his friends, was born in Summit, NJ. Zito is the afternoon personality and program director of 987 the Shark.
