The former manager of comic book legend Stan Lee has been charged with elder abuse. An arrest warrant has been issued for Kyle Morgan, who is facing five counts of abuse including false imprisonment, forgery and fraud.
Lee's family had already filed a restraining order against Morgan last summer. They claim Morgan took Lee out of his home at midnight to isolate Lee, who had eye and memory loss, from his family.
Lee, the creator of Spiderman, The Hulk and countless other Marvel characters, died at the age of 95 last November.
