Robots at Walmart? Yup! They probably won’t look like Terminator though. They say in the video below that these bots won’t terminate any jobs either.

Robots at Walmart? Yup! Walmart expects to spend an estimated $173 million this year in Florida through the opening and remodeling of 34 stores, as well as the launch and continued expansion of several customer-focused innovations. This figure includes three Tampa stores.

They say the Walmart on East Fletcher in Tampa, Tampa Road in Oldsmar and the Walmart Neighborhood Market on Bloomingdale in Riverview are on the list. The robots will be shelf scanners to check which items need restocking. The robots will also double-check prices on items. And you might see these bots WHILE YOU’RE SHOPPING… this isn’t just a thing that’ll happen after hours. Watch this video!
