According to reports the man was buying drinks for himself and friends when one of the dancers approached him to go to the VIP section. He went with her to get a private performance. Then the woman says that while she was dancing provocatively facing away from him, the man pushed her onto a couch and exposed his penis.
The dancer yelled and a staff member from the club walked into the room and the encounter ended. Police were called and he was charged with misdemeanor battery and indecent exposure.
