No More Revenge Porn! Facebook Is Using AI To Help

Is your EX trying to reveal you and your sex life on social media for revenge? Facebook is putting an end to it.

Facebook is rolling out technology to make it easier to find and remove intimate pictures and videos posted without the subject's consent, often called "revenge porn."

Currently, According go CBS News, Facebook users or victims of revenge porn have to report the inappropriate pictures before content moderators will review them. The company has also suggested that users send their own intimate images to Facebook so that the service can identify any unauthorized uploads.

I smell something fishy about Facebook asking for my intimate photos. I don't want them to have these photos and nor do they want to see these photos. Just warning you Facebook.

The company's new machine learning tool is designed to find and flag the pictures automatically, then send them to humans to review.

Whoever is in charge of this department will either love their job or will regret every minute of it.
