We get it, gas can be expensive, but you still have to pay for it! This guy was arrested earlier this week after his 23rd drive-off!

Cops finally caught up with 37-year old Karl Kinyon on Monday after he filled up and fled the Kwik Trip. When police made contact, Kinyon claimed that he had a "layaway agreement" with the convenience store and was in a hurry that day.

Police were not buying the story and charged Kinyon with retail theft and bail jumping (from previous retail theft cases). Kwik Trip estimated that Kinyon made off with more than $800 worth of gas before finally getting busted.
