There's a hotel in Belgium that's intentionally shaped just like a colon and sphincter?!?
You can find it in a secluded field in the Verbeke Foundation Art Park near Antwerp, Belgium. It was originally an art piece but now is available for guests to stay the night. Comes with a double bed, table, shower, toilet, and most other amenities you'd expect to find in a hotel.
